Load of rubbish. Links don’t work and pages are very slow loading.
Go back to the old one.

At the moment the new design is only a screenshot. This could explain why the links don’t work.

Hi IT -anything is better than the one at present and please whatever you do incorporate the Library pages into the overall design. The yellow background is one which has always grated on me – as a part time web designer I was told when starting that yellow is not a colour to choose for any large areas. The new sample which I could make out on one of your pages looked great but the original one was very attractive even if it was a bit off when you got onto other pages in the site. This one does look more up to date and really it is about time the council got into the ‘userability’ appearance wise.
